Refund Policy

Valtrix Pixel LLC provides custom photo editing services. Because work is produced to a client brief, refunds are handled as follows.

Before work begins

If you cancel after confirming a project but before editing has started, any prepaid fees for that unstarted work will be refunded.

After work begins

Once editing has started, fees for completed or in-progress images are generally non-refundable. If a deliverable clearly misses the agreed brief, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will revise the files or discuss a fair partial adjustment.

No online checkout on this site

This website does not process automatic payments. Refunds, when applicable, are arranged through the same payment method used for the confirmed project.
