These terms govern use of the Valtrix Pixel LLC website and photo editing services offered through inquiries on valtrixpixel.com.

Services

Valtrix Pixel provides professional photo editing and retouching for photographers, small businesses, e-commerce brands, and creative professionals. Listed prices are starting rates; final quotes depend on image count, complexity, and deadlines confirmed before work begins.

Inquiries are not automatic orders

Submitting the website form starts a conversation. A project begins only after both parties confirm scope, pricing, timing, and file-transfer method.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have permission to provide the images you send for editing, and that the intended use is lawful.

Deliverables

Finished files are delivered in the agreed format for the stated use (for example web, social, or storefront). Unless otherwise agreed, source project files and proprietary techniques remain with Valtrix Pixel.

Website content

Site demos, including the Grade Stage, are illustrative only and do not represent a completed client deliverable or a guarantee of a specific look.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valtrix Pixel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Total liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
